Weekly
New
- Public changelog — follow the latest LumiWed updates at changelog.lumiwed.com, now linked from our homepage footer alongside the roadmap.
- Per-event RSVP — your guests can now reply to each event on its own (ceremony, reception and more), and your dashboard shows who is coming to each one.
- Your own site icon — upload a custom favicon so your wedding site shows your icon in the browser tab. Hero photo uploads now live under Design too.
- The LumiWed blog — practical advice for planning a multilingual, multicultural wedding now lives at blog.lumiwed.com, available in every supported language.
- Tell guests where you're from — each partner now sets a country of origin, and if you have a mixed background you can pick Dual nationality to show a primary and secondary country on your wedding site.
Improved
- See your site's reach — your dashboard now shows how many times your wedding site has been visited, with the week-over-week trend at a glance.
- Section order moved to Design — you now arrange and show or hide your wedding site sections on the Design page, and the Content page gives every section the full width to work in.
- Cleaner guest list — guest rows now line up neatly, the invite timestamp appears when you hover the status badge, and once an invite is sent the row focuses on viewing guest details, with reminders one click away in the row menu.
- One-click publishing — the new Publish button at the top of your dashboard takes your wedding site live in seconds, opens it right away and copies the link so you can share it. Inviting guests is now a simple next step after publishing, not a requirement.
- Live world map — the globe on our homepage now shows real continents, where LumiWed couples and guests come from, and glowing connections between each couple's home countries, with up-to-date wedding and member counts.
- Tidier homepage footer — links are now grouped into Product, Company, Resources and Legal so everything is easier to find.
- Safer link refresh — before you regenerate a guest's invite link, we now warn you that any link or code already sent to them will stop working, so you know to resend their invitation.
- Smoother premium upgrade — your premium features now activate right after checkout, and your dashboard shows a clear billing summary.
- More beautiful invitations — guest invitation emails are now matched to your chosen theme and written in your voice as a couple.
- Invite code in every email — each invitation now includes a personal code your guest can enter if the link does not open for them.
- Straight to your RSVP — opening a personal invite link now takes guests right to the RSVP section.
- Invites in your site's languages — guest invitations now only offer the languages you have enabled for your wedding site.
- Easier site sharing — once your site is live you can show a QR code for it or share it straight to WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
- Refreshed wedding site — a warmer guest welcome with your names front and centre, a one-tap "add to calendar" on your date, a maps link to your venue, a cleaner schedule, and a language picker that shows each flag and full name.
- Tidier partner profile — the note about managing your partner's profile before they join now tucks behind a small info icon, keeping the form clean.
- Browse every theme on our homepage — the themes section now lets you swipe through all ten looks, each with a real wedding photo, its own fonts and colour palette, so you can find your style before you sign up.
- Simpler couple page — we now ask only for each partner's name and email up front and tuck the optional details and social links behind a tap, with a clear prompt that guides you straight to anything still needed before you continue.
Fixed
- No more interruptions during setup — the welcome tour now waits until you finish your interview or choose to set things up yourself, so it no longer pops up over the questions.
- Friendlier expired invites — if a guest opens an invitation link that is no longer valid, they now see a warm message asking them to contact you for a fresh link, instead of a technical error screen.
